BEST FAMILY ISLAND?

We are a family of four with two sons, ages 3 and 8. We plan to stay 9-10 nights in the Maldives. This may be our one and only visit. We have friends who have raved about their visit to Bandos. It looks very nice. Our question: Where would you recommend we go instead of Bandos that might offer more for us? Maybe a bit bigger, more affordable? Thank you! Carl
